This role supports the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of governance frameworks that enable compliant, ethical, and trustworthy use of AI across the organization.

The AI Governance Program Manager Senior partners closely with Legal, Privacy, Product, Engineering, Security, and Risk teams to assess AI and data-related risks, support regulatory compliance efforts, and operationalize governance controls across Dayforce’s AI ecosystem.
