This will be 100% remote.
Responsabilidades
include but are not limited to: Requires expertise in contractor finance, accounting, Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS), Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), Joint Travel Regulations (JTR), and Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) regulations Assists in financial reporting, compliance, and rough order of magnitude (ROM) estimates accurately and on time Support the review, submissions authorization of Travel Authorization Requests (TAR) and Requests to Initiate a Purchase (RIP) in conjunction with close out procedures
Support the review and approvals of purchase requisitions and expense reports Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges and provide subject matter expert guidance to associates, colleagues, and customers Provide financial status, costs incurred, and projected costs by CLIN, CSR, and funding documents.
They determine cost variances between projected and actual costs by CLIN and CSR They coordinate with the Government on all contract modifications and finance notifications.
They integrate industry best practices to achieve departmental.
