The successful candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for intern and co-op positions, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers while maintaining compliance with Canadian and US hiring.

What You Will Do: Manage full-cycle recruitment for intern and co-op roles across Canada and the US Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs, timelines, selection criteria, and structured interview plans Lead intake meetings and shape recruitment strategy for early careers hiring Source and attract early talent through university partnerships, campus programs (with a strong focus on Canadian and/or US institutions), job boards, talent platforms, and internal pipelines Screen and assess candidates to build strong, diverse shortlists Coordinate high-volume interview processes and deliver an excellent candidate experience Ensure compliance with Canada and US job posting requirements, including pay transparency and sponsorship language Partner with Talent Acquisition Operations and HR on offers, onboarding, and hiring documentation Track and report on key recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, conversion rates, and pipeline health Contribute to the continuous improvement of early careers hiring programs and processes The.
