We're looking for a detail-oriented, self-starting Finance Manager to own the day-to-day financial operations of a fast-moving deep-tech startup.
You'll work directly with the CEO and external partners across the full scope of company finance.
Responsabilidades
Invoice & banking: payments, reconciliation, end-of-month close, Finway management Grant administration (ProFit/IBB): milestone reporting, timesheets, fund-call submissions Cash flow: monthly projections vs. budget, department tracking, runway monitoring Payroll: coordinate with external provider, process payments, manage onboarding/offboarding Financial reporting: primary contact for external accountants, annual statement support, shareholder documentation FZulG tax credit: prepare and submit R&D tax credit applications, liaise with authorities
Requisitos
What We're Looking For Completed Ausbildung or degree in accounting, finance, or related field Solid knowledge of German accounting standards and payroll requirements Familiarity with DATEV, Finway, or similar tools preferred German grant/funding administration experience a strong plus Fluent German; working-level English Highly organised, independent, proactive — comfortable owning problems in a small team
