We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Key Account Manager, based in Germany, to join our team and help develop the Local Market, with specific focus on Southern Germany.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing new sales contracts and managing existing accounts.
Achieve and exceed sales turnover and margin targets, aligning with company objectives.
Provide training and support to distributor sales teams to enhance their product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Conduct market research to identify new hotel openings and business opportunities, independently or with distributor network support.
Highly self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with a proactive, individual and team-oriented results-driven mindset.
Willingness to travel within Italy, with occasional short.
