We’re looking for a self-driven and strategic Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to join our lean but high-impact Revenue Operations team.
This role is essential in maintaining and evolving our GTM systems and reporting infrastructure, supporting day-to-day sales operations, and driving cross-functional visibility into our pipeline, bookings, churn, and revenue performance.
 This is a high-autonomy IC role that requires strong Salesforce/CPQ technical.
You’ll report to the CFO and partner closely with Sales, Deal Desk, and Billing—serving as the internal systems owner for Salesforce and related GTM tools.
Build and maintain recurring and ad-hoc reports for the CFO and CRO, including ARR forecasts and performance summaries like those used in board and FP&A presentations Partner with our Senior Deal Desk Specialist to: Streamline quote processing and CPQ configurations, improve quote templates, DocuSign formatting, and sales order accuracy, and ensure end-to-end data consistency from quote to billing to revenue recognition Intake and triage GTM systems-related requests across the Sales, CS, and Finance orgs Identify and resolve Salesforce/CPQ issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives, including error reduction, automation, and documentation Support upcoming CPQ upgrade or system transition planning and implementation Maintain high standards of data integrity across all GTM systems.
