Conversica is seeking a hands-on Content Marketing Manager to help drive awareness, engagement, and market presence through compelling content, marketing programs, and brand storytelling.
This role is responsible for creating, managing, and executing external marketing initiatives that support company growth and visibility.
The ideal candidate is a strong writer, storyteller, and marketing generalist who can independently turn ideas into polished marketing assets and maintain a consistent marketing presence across channels.
This is an individual contributor role focused on execution rather than people management.
The successful candidate will work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to create content, manage website updates, support marketing campaigns, and help bring Conversica's story to market.

Partner with leadership and subject matter experts to transform ideas and expertise into compelling external content.
Website & Digital Presence Manage and maintain website content, including page updates, landing pages, messaging updates, and content publishing.
Help ensure website content remains current, relevant, and aligned with company priorities.
Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed to support website enhancements and improvements.
Marketing Campaigns & Brand Execution Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels.
Create and maintain marketing assets that support awareness, engagement, and lead generation efforts.
