CP Skin Health is seeking a Regional Educator to join our Education team! Regional Educators (RE) support sales through education.
Regional Educators work closely with their territory’s Regional Manager and Business Development Representatives to strategically deliver education that leads to overall growth of the region.
In this role, you will travel within your region to conduct educational presentations and other events.
You will customize each training to meet the specific business objectives of each customer while creating the ideal adult learning environment to ensure information retention, customer loyalty and brand awareness.
Planning and achieving the clear objectives set by the account’s Business Development Representative and/or Regional Manager will be crucial to your success.
KPIs may include account growth that exceeds the overall growth of our professional business post-seminar, increased SKU count and/or usage and increased new account acquisition, average opening order value, independent contractor mentoring and monthly/annual goals set forth by the Sr.
Director of Education.
Please note, this is a heavy travel role, including some nights and weekends.
