As an Executive, Influencer Marketing, you will take full ownership of campaigns from concept to delivery, building lasting creator relationships and driving measurable results.
You’ll be the link between creators, clients, and internal teams, ensuring every campaign runs smoothly, meets KPIs, and captures the latest trends in the creator economy.
Aufgaben You manage influencer communication and relationships with a focus on long-term retention You lead end-to-end campaigns: from creator sourcing and selection to briefing, contracting, tracking, and final delivery You coordinate timelines, resources, and deliverables across internal teams and external partners You monitor KPIs in real time, optimizing execution for maximum performance You create detailed campaign reports and share actionable optimization opportunities Qualifikation You bring 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, PR, or project management You communicate clearly and confidently in both German and English You take full ownership of tasks and can manage them independently You track budgets accurately and work comfortably in Excel/Google Sheets You stay curious.
