The program starts in August and has a global footprint with 7 independent functional tracks.
The Aspire Engineering & Technology track is for emerging talent, highly motivated engineering talent—people with a passion for technology and innovation, a drive to deliver technical excellence and develop their leadership.
Take your career to the next level ASPIRE members complete four 6-months or two six months + 1 year rotations inside Engineering & Technology function: rotations are determined by the hiring business segment, in alignment with the ASPIRE member’s career interest and performance.
All rotations include in-depth technical training within the function and meaningful working experience on the most relevant technologies and being in contact with Customers as well.
