This position is available in a Hybrid setup in our Berlin office (at Alexanderplatz).
 What You Will DoAct as the first point of contact for the shared accounting inbox, reviewing, categorizing, and assigning emails to the correct entities or teamsManage and follow up on incoming accounting queries to ensure timely and accurate communicationSupport basic Accounts Payable tasks, including invoice processing, expense claims, and payment preparationAssist with vendor master data maintenance, ensuring accuracy and completenessHelp with account reconciliations and clearing of open itemsSupport intercompany transactions and basic reconciliationsAssist with month-end close activities across AP and GLContribute to weekly cash planning by preparing relevant input dataCollaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve accounting-related questionsSupport ad-hoc administrative and accounting tasks as neededWhat You Will BringMust-haves:Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Finance & Accounting or Business Administration completed or in processProfessional level of written and spoken EnglishKnowledge and experience with MS ExcelSelf-motivated and with a keen interest to learn and developF.
