Property & Specialty Product is seeking a leader for our Aerial Analytics and Operations team.
As the leader of this team, you will be responsible for owning the health and intelligence of the Aerial ecosystem.
This role requires a highly analytical, data-driven leader who can understand what is happening across Aerial results, diagnose why performance is changing, storytell to clearly communicate changes in a complex environment, and translate performance insights into clear opportunities – ultimately driving our business outcomes.
We are looking for a leader who can establish a clear operating model for how Aerial performance is measured, understood, and improved across the ecosystem.
This leader will be responsible for ensuring the organization has strong visibility into Aerial results, the root causes behind those results, and the evidence needed to prioritize enhancements and future investments.
The role requires strong cross-functional partnership with USDS, external vendor partners, Risk Analytics, and other Product stakeholder teams to ensure Aerial capabilities operate effectively and continue to strengthen our competitive position in the market.
