This role protects GE Vernova’s contractual entitlements, reduces commercial exposure across Service Warranty Agreements (SWAs) and Turbine Supply Agreements (TSAs), and supports Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSAs) development.
Partner with Engineering and Operations teams to support root cause analysis, liability assessment, and commercial positioning.
Escalate and resolve complex warranty issues with customers, insurers, and suppliers.
Review active SWA and TSA contracts to identify warranty-related risks, liabilities, and commercial exposure.
Provide Leadership across contract management teams as developed and take on team or leadership responsibilities as demand arises.
