This role ensures accurate forecasting and profitable delivery of field service projects while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
The position serves as the primary interface between finance and Field Service Operations roles (SAM & OM) driving operational excellence, budget adherence, and financial performance.
Be responsible for outage demand placement including parts requests, repair scheduling, and resourcing labor needs Collect time sheets from vendors and suppliers; calculate and generate invoices for billing Be responsible for organizing Post Outage Reviews and distribution and collection of Customer Feedback Surveys.
Update and maintain input in GE’s OneSteam ERP system and WBS structure.
