You will be responsible for identifying high-impact opportunities within the employer ecosystem, leading the product lifecycle for solutions that drive member acquisition and engagement through employer partnerships, and ensuring our offerings meet the rigorous needs of employers, including clinical efficacy, data security, and regulatory compliance.
This role requires a strong understanding of the US healthcare landscape, product management excellence, and a passion for expanding access to mental health and wellness.

Define clear, actionable product.
Partner with the Consumer Product team to align on and ship unified Headspace offerings that serve both B2B and consumer members.
