Skillsoft is seeking an experienced Sr.

Marketing Operations Manager, Process + AI at Skillsoft, to develop and oversee the implementation of an agentic AI roadmap for the marketing organization; identifying, prioritizing, and scaling high-impact AI capabilities that improve how marketing plans, executes, and measures work.

You will define what gets built, where it lives across the MarTech stack, and how it scales across teams and shaping how AI actually works for marketers day-to-day.

You will establish AI project governance as a core operating capability—creating the intake, prioritization, delivery, and measurement mechanisms that ensure AI initiatives are aligned to strategy, responsibly implemented, and adopted across teams.

In parallel, you will design, refine, and govern marketing processes and the operating model that connects people, workflows, tools, and data into a scalable, continuously improving system.

You will balance rapid time-to-impact with a long-term strategic approach, ensuring today's progress builds momentum without constraining future possibilities.
