We're looking for a Senior People Operations Generalist to provide important support for the People Operations team within Smartsheet People & Culture.
This role will lead projects related to various HR processes within systems such as Workday, Fresh Service, and Smartsheet.
You are a self-starter with a "fix and inform" mindset, a keen eye for process automation, and a history of providing a premium employee experience.
The ideal candidate will have a history of enabling People systems that are scalable and drive workforce effectiveness while delivering an engaging, digital-first employee experience.
You will be part of the People Operations & Technology team and will report directly to the Director, People Operations.
