Senior People Operations Partner

DescriptionWe’re looking for a systems-minded Senior People Operations Partner to help build and scale the people infrastructure that will support Stampli’s next stage of growth.

In this role, you’ll play a critical part in strengthening the employee lifecycle across onboarding, HR operations, compliance, systems, and people programs.

You’ll partner closely with leaders across the business to design, optimize, and operationalize the processes, tools, and experiences that help our teams move faster, work smarter, and perform at their best.

• Maintain accurate employee data, establish governance standards, and ensure data integrity across systems.

Evaluate existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement scalable solutions through process improvements, automation, and AI-enabled tools.

Partner with leadership to maintain compliance across employment regulations, HR policies, audit requirements, and internal controls while ensuring documentation remai.
