Be the primary legal support for North America venture capital investments and portfolio company management.
Provide strategic legal advice regarding transaction structure, risks and execution.
Help with legal due diligence across areas such as corporate, commercial, IP, and regulatory and advise on legal and regulatory issues that may affect transactions, such as antitrust and data privacy.
Partner collaboratively with Corporate Development, Experian Ventures, tax, finance, HR and other internal partners on transaction planning, execution and integration.
Provide support on other corporate matters, with transactions as the primary focus.
