ACCOUNTING MANAGER HYBRID GEORGIA MUST BE ABLE TO WORK ONSITE 2-3 DAYS A WEEK The Role: Responsible for overseeing the monthly close, ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining strong internal controls in a complex, multi‑entity environment.
This role leads and develops the accounting team while partnering across the organization to support the company’s growth, compliance, and strategic objectives.
Responsabilidades
: Lead and manage the accounting team, including hiring, training, performance management, and professional development Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual close process, including review and approval of journal entries, reconciliations, and financial analysis to ensure accuracy and timeliness Ensure accurate financial reporting, including balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, and variance analysis Manage treasury activities, including daily cash management, banking relationships, and liquidity oversight Oversee the company’s collection activities, including AR aging review, bad debt reserves and collaboration with Sales to improve cash conversion Partner with offshore accounting resources to support transaction processing, account reconciliations and close activities Partner with the Tax function to support tax reporting, compliance, and audit
Requisitos
Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, coordinating audit requests and resolving issues Partner cross‑functionally with FP&A, HR, Operations, Legal, and IT to support business initiatives and financial accuracy Assist with special projects, including technical accounting research, system implementations and M&A Education and Experience: Bachelor's Degree required in one of the following fields; Accounting or Finance CPA Required 7+ years relevant experience of progressive accounting experience 3+ years experience leading a team Experience in a $100M+ revenue organization or similarly complex environment Hands-on experience with revenue recognitio...
