AutoCAD Drafter (Entry Level)Department: OperationsEmployment Type: Full TimeLocation: ClientCompensation: ₱25,000 - ₱35,000 / monthDescriptionThe Pre-Construction Associate plays a key role in supporting architects, engineers, project managers, and field teams in the early phases of project development.

This role combines technical drafting, project coordination, and pre-construction documentation to ensure designs are accurate, buildable, and aligned with project.

Requisitos

. Key ResponsibilitiesDrafting & Design Support Prepare detailed shop drawings, layouts, and multiple-view drafts using AutoCAD or similar CAD software

Convert sketches, hand-drawn concepts, and architectural notes into precise digital drawings.

• Ensure all designs comply with fabrication limitations, construction standards, and project specifications.

• Maintain and continuously update the AutoCAD block library.

Pre-Construction Documentation Assist architects and engineers with estimating, plan takeoffs, crowdsourcing, bid preparation, and other pre-construction deliverables.

Produce comprehensive planning reports and visual materials for client presentations.

Record and track daily and weekly project progress for internal monitoring and reporting.

Project Coordination Collaborate with project managers, field installers, and shop personnel to confirm field conditions and clarify design requirements.

Provide ongoing support to field teams during installation and fabrication stages.

Monitor, evaluate, and recommend improvements to urban plans or project layouts as needed.

Quality & Compliance Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to verify accuracy and buildability.

• Ensure that all documents, drafts, and revisions meet internal quality standards and client requirements.
