they need to succeed.We are seeking a GTM/Sales Onboarding Manager (individual contributor) to orchestrate a seamless onboarding process for all revenue new hires, keeping the rep experience at the center of our efforts

The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator who can explain complex concepts to diverse audiences, and possesses strong organizational, time management, emotional intelligence, and facilitation skills.

What You'll Do: Conduct engaging and interactive onboarding sessions for new sales hires.

Implement a variety of teaching methods, including role-playing, graded certifications, case studies, and simulations to enhance learning effectiveness.

  • Ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for all participants.

Infuse a sense of excitement, healthy competition in onboarding.

Implement gamification elements to encourage participation, teamwork, accountability, and performance excellence.

Establish and communicate clear evaluation criteria for onboarding success.
