This is a high-ownership role for someone who has done this exact job before in the online casino/gaming industry and can hit the ground running from day one.
Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the end-to-end email marketing strategy and executionManage promo plan with the emails and offers being sent out on a daily/weekly basisSecure 0 days of downtime with the email broadcastingGrow email database almost from the ground zero toward 10M+ contacts, and manage it at that scale — including acquisition, deliverability, list hygiene, and complianceBuild and maintain deep audience segmentation (10–15+ segments) based on lifecycle stage, deposit status (FTD/no FTD), VIP tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Emerald, Diamond, etc.
), and behavioral signalsPlan and launch daily broadcast campaigns across the entire segmented database — including time-sensitive/expiring offersCoordinate closely with design/creative to ensure offer emails are on-brand, visually consistent, and shipped on a daily/weekly cadenceMaintain detailed logs and reporting of every broadcast sent (open rate, click rate, conversion, revenue per segment)Analyze campaign performance weekly, generate hypotheses, and continuously test subject lines, offers, send.
