Job DescriptionWe are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales professional to join our Services & Support Division (SSD).
This role focuses on managing small to mid-sized accounts with relatively lower average purchase values, driving new business opportunities, and expanding the overall footprint of the SSD business.
You will engage with customers primarily through remote channels while delivering value across Agilent’s portfolio, including services, consumables, and applications.
Drive Sales & Grow BusinessProactively reach out to customers using internal databases to generate repeat business and identify new opportunitiesCreate and convert sales opportunities from inbound enquiries and marketing-generated leadsAchieve sales targets, including new business growth and portfolio expansionPromote newly launched products and support customers in adopting themFocus on increasing new customer acquisition (NCA) and growing the installed baseSmall Account DevelopmentPrimarily manage small accounts with relatively low average purchase value of service and support productsGenerate new demand within these accounts and drive order conversionContribute to expanding the reach and coverage of the SSD business across a broader customer baseCustomer Outreach & EngagementThis role requires the ability to proactively engage with a high volume of customers using multiple channels such as email, telephone, and digital tools, ensuring consistent customer coverage and opportunity creationPipeline & Territory ManagementManage assigned territory, accounts, or product lines independently or as part of a broader sales teamAct as a primary sales contact for assigned accounts where requiredMaintain accurate pipeline management and reporting through CRM toolsWork Style & FlexibilityThis is primarily an inside sales role conducted through remote engagementHowever, occasional customer visits may be required depending on business needsQualificationsBachelor's Degree or equivalent.
