Job Requisition ID #26WD95687Position OverviewThe Enterprise Renewal Representative owns the renewal strategy and execution for Autodesk’s largest and most strategic Enterprise Business Agreements (EBAs).
Partnering with Enterprise Account Executives and cross-functional teams, this role drives predictable renewal outcomes, mitigates commercial risk, and identifies expansion opportunities while navigating complex customer organizations and procurement processes.
ResponsibilitiesResponsible to execute the end-to-end renewal strategy for an assigned portfolio for Enterprise Customers, in collaboration with the Account teamsDevelop and execute renewal plans, ensuring timely, predictable, and profitable outcomesLead commercial discussions with procurement and customer stakeholders to negotiate renewal termsPartner with Enterprise Account Executives to align renewal strategy with the overall account plan and support expansion opportunitiesCoordinate Deal Desk, Legal, Finance, Customer Success, Operations, and PartnersIdentify renewal risks early and drive mitigation plans to maximize customer valueMaintain accurate pipeline, forecast, and executive visibility throughout the renewal lifecycleMinimum QualificationsStrong commercial negotiation and executive communication skills5+ years of experience in enterprise renewals, enterprise sales, strategic account management in a SaaS or subscription businessProven success managing large, complex enterprise renewals involving multiple stakeholdersExperience working cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and OperationsProficiency with CRM tools and forecast managementPreferred QualificationsExperience managing Enterprise Business Agreements (EBAs), Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs), or comparable strategic software contractsKnowledge of enterprise SaaS licensing and subscription business modelsExperience working within global, matrixed sales organizations#LI-EL1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
