We are currently seeking a private / investment funds lawyer to join our team and provide longer‑term support to our Fortune 500 clients in the asset management sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment funds, with experience advising on the formation and structuring of investment funds.
Draft, review, and negotiate fund documentation and key investor, service provider, and financing agreements in coordination with internal stakeholders.
Provide support on legal matters relating to public funds, as required.
Proven track record of leading complex matters independently and engaging confidently with business stakeholders while exercising sound, commercial judgment.
