What you will do:Lead and develop the Talent Acquisition Tech & Business team (Tech, Data, Finance, People & Commercial)Act as a senior talent advisor to leaders across the organisationAnticipate talent needs and market risks before they surfaceDesign advanced sourcing strategies for hard-to-reach talentSet and protect the hiring bar for critical rolesInfluence and evolve hiring standards, processes, and guidelinesStrengthen recruiting operations and processesScale the TA function as the company grows.
