The Customer Service Representative is responsible for self-pay collections.
Positions in this function handle inbound call from customers to determine reason for payment delinquency, negotiate and advise on collection of overdue bills and take appropriate action to recover overdue payments.
Handling of unresolved inquiries/issues, and responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining, and managing organization policies on collection practices.
May work with outside legal counsel and/or outside agencies in more complex collection cases.
This position is full time, Monday - Friday.
Employees are required to have flexibility to work any of our shift schedules during our normal business hours of 8:00 am - 4:30 pm MST.
It may be necessary, given the business need, to work occasional overtime.
We offer 4 weeks of on-the-job training.
The hours of training will be aligned with your schedule.
