We're looking for a Product Manager to help shape the future of Congrify & IXOPAY's Payment Orchestration and AI Payments Intelligence platform.
In this role, you'll work closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, and enterprise customers to build data-driven products that help merchants optimize payment performance, improve conversion rates, manage risk, and make smarter business decisions.
You'll balance customer needs, market trends, and business priorities to deliver innovative solutions that have measurable impact.
Tasks Own and prioritize the product backlog for Payment Orchestration and AI Payments Intelligence.

Partner with Engineering to deliver features including observability, AI-powered insights, anomaly detection, dashboards, and workflow automation.
Analyze payment and transaction data to identify opportunities, validate product decisions, and define meaningful KPIs.
Monitor key payment metrics such as authorization rates, chargebacks, processing latency, and operational performance to guide roadmap priorities.
Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand challenges, gather feedback, and continuously improve the platform.
Stay current with emerging trends in payments, AI, analytics, and regulatory requirements to inform product strategy.
Requirements 5+ years of Product Management or Payments Management experience with focus on data analytics or payment setups Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including payment orchestration, acquiring, payment gateways, PSPs, or financial operations.
