Position Overview dormakaba is seeking a Business Development Manager based remotely in New England, with a preference for the Boston, MA area.

This role is for our Safe Locks business, a leading global provider of high-security locking systems for commercial, banking, retail, and ATM applications.

The Business Development Manager is responsible for the overall sales and profitability in the national territory by developing a sales strategy to drive profit growth, maximize satisfaction of customers, and develop a consistent line of repeat business that delivers opportunities for expanded growth.

 What you will do Develop a national territory and account plans to develop retail clients, financial institutions, financial and retail integrators, armored car providers, and OEMs Drive sales development through in person and remote calls with clients weekly Drive revenue through Safe Locks hardware and software sales Attend and support tradeshow efforts to expand end user demand sales funnel Collaborate with dormakaba sales team to drive towards team financial targets  What we require Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience selling to retailers Experience dealing in complex solution sales cycles to recognize recurring revenue and long-term contracts Territory travel up to 70% (including training, business meetings, and trade shows)  What we prefer 5+ years of industry experience in retail sales, financial institution sales, armored car solutions Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software (Pipedrive)  What we offer Taking Care of our Employees on Day On.
