At botario, you'll develop the text-to-speech and speech-to-text systems behind our AI Voice Agents—from the underlying models to low-latency, production-ready deployment.
You'll help create voice experiences that sound natural, respond in real time, and perform reliably even in challenging real-world conditions.
The work you‘ll do Develop and continuously improve our proprietary text-to-speech (TTS) and speech-to-text (STT) systems, from model development to real-time streaming inference.
Optimize latency across the entire voice pipeline, including time-to-first-audio, streaming synthesis, and efficient model serving—because every millisecond matters.
Improve voice quality and naturalness by working on prosody, pronunciation, and robustness under real-world audio conditions.
Evaluate the latest open-source speech models and integrate the most promising approaches into our technology stack.
Measure and validate your work through latency profiling, quality benchmarks, and listening tests.
Familiarity with concepts such as audio codecs and speech tokenizers—or a strong machine learning and PyTorch background with the motivation to specialize in speech AI.
Strong Python programming.
A solid understanding of why low latency is critical for natural conversations and experience optimizing real-time systems.
Ideally, experience deploying speech AI models in commercial production environments.
A collaborative mindset and experience working in agile teams.
