You'll own the performance of our Google Ads account end to end — structure, keywords, ads, bids, compliance, and growth — using Claude as your daily co-pilot for research, audits, and campaign work.
Key ResponsibilitiesScaling — grow profitable spend across countries, products, and devices; find untapped markets and launch them; manage budgets and targets against real revenue and payback goals.
Keyword research — build and maintain large-scale keyword systems: discover new opportunities, validate demand, organize keywords into clean clusters (brand vs.
generic AI searches), and make sure every new AI model release is covered from day one.
Ad strength & copy — keep ad quality high across the whole account: ads that mirror what people actually search, strong Ad Strength scores, and quality localization in 30+ languages.
Campaign structure — design and maintain a clean, scalable account: well-themed ad groups, sensible country tiers, no dead or duplicated inventory, and consistent naming across a very large campaign portfolio.
Compliance — solid working knowledge of Google Ads policies: trademark.
