We are currently on the lookout for legal consultants with strong GMSLA experience to join our ranks and support our Fortune 500 financial service client:Key.
Work with risk, compliance, and external counsel to ensure documents meet regulatory and internal standards.
Help maintain template agreements and playbooks to improve consistency and speed of negotiations.
Good understanding of securities lending and collateral / margin mechanics.
Minimum of 3 years’ PQE in GMSLA, or equivalent experience as a highly experienced GMSLA negotiator may also be considered.
Clear communicator and confident negotiator, able to work with trading and operations teams in a fast‑paced environment.
