Banking & Finance Derivatives Counsel

Axiom Law is looking for accomplished Banking, Finance & Derivatives Lawyers to join our network and partner with leading clients across the financial services sector.

In this role, you will advise on a diverse portfolio of complex financing and financial markets matters, including corporate and structured lending, treasury and liquidity management, OTC derivatives, ISDA documentation, and evolving financial regulatory.

Responsabilidades

:  Advise clients on a broad range of banking, finance, treasury, and derivatives matters, delivering commercially focused legal guidance across lending, structured finance, cross-border transactions, financial markets, and risk management activities

Prepare, review, negotiate, and manage complex financing and trading documentation, including loan agreements, security arrangements, ISDA documentation, collateral agreements, guarantees, and other transaction documents.

• Lead and support negotiations with financial institutions, corporate borrowers, lenders, investors, and counterparties to facilitate financing transactions, derivatives arrangements, and strategic commercial outcomes.

Provide legal and regulatory advice on issues affecting banking, lending, treasury, and derivatives businesses, ensuring compliance while balancing commercial objectives and legal risk.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders—including legal, treasury, finance, risk, compliance, trading, operations, and external advisers—to support transaction execution, regulatory initiatives, and business-critical projects.
