Responsabilidades

Reviewing routine agreements, preparing drafts, updating templates and assisting with negotiation materials Managing deadlines, tracking progress across workstreams and ensuring timely access to required information Analysing legislation, summarising regulatory updates and preparing concise briefing notes Maintaining organised filing systems, ensuring version control and supporting accurate internal records Scheduling meetings, preparing materials, coordinating with external advisers and assisting with daily operational needs Refining workflows, updating internal procedures and contributing to initiatives that enhance legal team efficiency

Requisitos

Foundational legal training with experience in paralegal, legal assistant or junior legal support roles

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Proficiency with legal documents including drafting, reviewing and redlining.

Effective communication.
