****PROJECTED START DATE SEPTEMBER 2026*****Assurant Renters Solutions is seeking Licensed Insurance Specialist with a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Responsabilidades

:· Handle high volume inbound calls daily from policyholders and clients, providing expert guidance and support in both English and Spanish.· Deliver exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries related to policies, billing, endorsements, and claims with professionalism and empathy.· Process and issue insurance documents including policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations.· Investigate and resolve premium discrepancies, system issues, and processing errors with accuracy and efficiency.· Navigate multiple systems and software platforms simultaneously while maintaining a high level of service.· Collaborate with internal departments and external clients to ensure seamless service delivery.This is a full-time position

Calificaciones

:· Property and Casualty Insurance Producer/General or Personal Lines License (required).· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role within the insurance industry.· Proven ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality and professionalism.· Strong multitasking

Habilidades
