About EITF The Election Integrity Task Force (EITF) is a rapid-response stabilization facility aimed at enabling local stakeholders to detect and respond to foreign information manipulation and interference (FIMI) during election cycles.
Through a combination of real-time monitoring, local capacity-building, and timely analytical publications, the EITF equips journalists, civil society actors, election observers, and public institutions with the intelligence and tools needed to safeguard electoral integrity.
The EITF deploys country-specific Situation Rooms using the Bloom Social Analytics platform, supported by a roster of FIMI experts and local analyst teams.
It operates as a consortium led by GMR (Germany), with partners International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES, United States) and Fondation Hirondelle (Switzerland), and is funded by Global Affairs Canada.
Tasks About the Role The Programme Manager is the operational lead of the Election Integrity Task Force (EITF), a multi-partner consortium project monitoring foreign information manipulation and interference (FIMI) in electoral contexts.
This is a part-time role (~20h/week).
Within the EITF, the Programme Manager is the day-to-day coordinator and primary operational decision-maker, working in close collaboration with the Strategy & Editorial Lead, who holds strategic and editorial authority over outputs and donor relationships.
Both roles report to GMR's Executive Director and operate as senior peers with distinct domains of authority.
