THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Senior Partner Success Manager for our Partner Success team in Munich! Our Senior Partner Success Manager is responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with key partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Wellhub while aligning with the company's strategy.
This role focuses on strategic partnerships, providing tailored support, and maintaining high levels of partner engagement.
Note: While our global internal title for this role is "Partner Success Executive," we use "Senior Partner Success Manager" externally as it best aligns with the German market standards.
YOUR IMPACT Develop and maintain close relationships with key partners through visits, emails, and calls.
Handle all partner needs and issues during the partnership lifecycle.
Achieve exclusivity targets by negotiating and securing exclusive deals with partners.
Optimize the customer experience by addressing integration and booking issues and ensuring smooth operations with the partner.
 Collaborate with internal teams to align on strategic objectives and support partner success.
Conduct regular analysis of partner performance and provide actionable insigh.
