As part of our growing Test & Integration team, we are building the next generation of automated verification environments to ensure the quality and reliability of our software and UAV platforms.
As a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) Test Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining HIL test benches for our UAV platforms.
You will work closely with software, hardware, systems, and flight test engineers to enable efficient verification throughout the development lifecycle.
Beyond HIL development, you will contribute to the automation of software and integration testing, helping us build robust Continuous Integration and Continuous Testing pipelines.
By ensuring efficient verification environment, you will support Quantum-Systems in its mission to become the leader for aerial data collection solutions with unmanned aerial systems (sUAV).
What is your Day to Day Mission:Design, develop, and maintain Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test environments for Quantum Systems UAVs.
Integrate avionics hardware, sensors, actuators, communication interfaces, and simulation models into HIL benches.
Implement and maintain automated test frameworks using Robot Framework and Python.
Integrate automated HIL testing into CI/CD pipelines.
Analyze test results, investigate failures, and support root cause analysis.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of verification processes and testing infrastructure.
