The opportunity We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Growth Operations team to build and scale the marketing technology and automation layer powering Urban Sports Club's B2C growth.
This role sits at the intersection of CRM, marketing technology, and data activation, with a primary focus on enabling and scaling our CRM infrastructure while extending its impact across paid acquisition, product, and partnerships.
You will act as the system owner and enabler, ensuring our tools, automation, and data are fully leveraged to drive efficient, personalized, and scalable growth.
