You'll spend your first months deep in production Python, working directly with the founder to shape our platform architecture while defining how engineering should operate as we scale.

Define our AI operating system.
Design how humans and AI collaborate across engineering.
Build the workflows, tooling, review processes and operating principles that allow a small team to ship like a much larger one.
Set the technical direction.
Make the long-term decisions that determine how Senvo scales over the next five years.
