Tasks From our Frankfurt office: You coordinate and execute daily finance operations – from payments to ensuring smooth transactional processes You perform pre-closing activities for the monthly close and coordinate the full closing cycle with our external accounting firm (Steuerberatungsbüro) You take ownership of cost controlling: ensuring accuracy of reports, enabling transparent data sharing, and proactively identifying improvement opportunities to drive profitability You take ownership of building and scaling our finance function: identifying manual processes, introducing new tools and technologies, and continuously improving workflows to create a finance setup that can support our next stage of growth You monitor cashflow, maintain a rolling 13-week forecast, and provide management with forward-looking insights to support business decisions and sustainable growth You act as the key contact point for external finance stakeholders as well as for internal teams on finance-related requests and projects.
