As our Accounting & Finance Manager, you'll keep the day-to-day engine of our finances running.
As we scale across three legal entities and expand across Europe, you'll make sure our payables, receivables, billing, collections and reconciliation stay accurate and on time — and help us automate the manual work along the way.
This is a broad, hands-on role with real exposure across the whole operational finance stack, working directly with our Teamlead Central Functions Sebastian and CEO Tim.
Tasks What you'll be doing Process invoices, receipts and payments, verify supplier details and tax treatment, and keep supplier records clean Reconcile bank transactions and books daily and support an on-time month-end close Reconcile revenue and payment-provider transactions (e.
Stripe) and flag anomalies Handle billing changes and act as first point of contact for customer billing & finance queries Support collections — trace open claims, gather proof, and coordinate with account managers, collections and operations Improve documentation and use AI tools to automate manual finance tasks Who you'll work with You'll work closely with our Sr.
