Patient Care Specialist

    This position will involve answering inbound calls for large hospital networks during our daytime shifts in a remote call center setting.

Our company provides telephone answering, messaging, and alert services to physicians and medical facilities across the United States.

Requisitos

Habilidades

, reliable internet, a quiet dedicated space to work from and work well in a fast-paced environment

Medical terminology and experience, either hands-on or clerical, required to apply.

Familiarity with EMR systems and practices preferred.

Minimum typing of 30 wpm is required and will be tested.

Candidates must also have the following: Internet - Ethernet connection (hardwire internet) preferred Ping < 15 Download > 50 mbps Upload > 10 mbps STATLINX will provide equipment.
