We are hiring a Regional Sales Lead to accelerate growth across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
This is a senior player coach role: you will carry a quota, lead from the front on the most strategic opportunities and help set the standard for how we build pipeline, win complex deals and expand accounts in the region.
You will bring regional knowledge, credibility and relationships across the construction ecosystem.
You will also mentor junior sales reps, helping them develop the discipline, deal craft and executive presence required to win at mid market and enterprise level.
What you'll be doing: Lead regional growth Own revenue targets for DACH and consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual goals Build and execute a territory strategy including account segmentation, prioritisation and coverage Establish OpenSpace's regional presence through your network, partners and industry visibility Win and expand strategic accounts Manage the full sales cycle from first engagement through close and expansion using an Adopt and Grow approach Lead multi stakeholder sales cycles across owners and general contractors, aligning site leadership, operations, IT, finance, executive sponsors and procurement Deliver tailored demos, proposals and ROI based business cases tied to measurable outcomes Build a repeatable pipeline engine Create pipeline through outbound, referrals, events, partners and strategic networking Partner with SDR and Marketing to run regional campaigns, events and account based motions Develop relationships with key influencers in the ecosystem including consultants and technology partners Player coach and team multiplier Mentor junior sales reps through call reviews, deal coaching, territory planning and close strategy Raise the bar on qualification discipline, deal hygiene and executive engagement Share market insights and competitive learnings to improve messaging and go to market e.
