MNHI is seeking a highly motivated and strategically minded Country Leader for Germany, Switzerland and Austria to lead the introduction, adoption and scale-up of OdonAssistâ„¢, a novel medical device designed to support safe and gentle assisted vaginal birth.
This is a unique opportunity to lead the commercialisation of a clinically meaningful innovation in one of the most complex and influential healthcare systems in Europe.
 The successful candidate will bring strong clinical-domain credibility in obstetrics and maternity care, combined with proven expertise in navigating the DACH hospital reimbursement, DRG and procurement environment.
MNHI is seeking a leader with deep practical knowledge and experience working within German obstetrics settings, and the ability to engage confidently with clinical and hospital stakeholders.
 You will be the face of OdonAssist in Germany, working closely with clinical leaders, hospital decision-makers, procurement organisations and health system stakeholders to drive adoption, access and sustainable growth.
