Qualifikation Experience German native is a must 2–6 years in Technical Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Implementation Consulting, Technical Account Management, or Solution Architecture.
Experience with B2B SaaS products.
Experience working with enterprise or mid-market customers.
Background in fintech, ERP, finance software, AI, or data platforms is highly desirable.
Experience troubleshooting technical implementations.
