We are looking for a part-time Performance Marketing Manager to drive our growth through data-driven acquisition campaigns, with a focus on Meta Ads and Web2App funnels.

Tasks - Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), with a focus on improving ROAS and lowering CPA - Build and iterate on Web2App funnels to convert web traffic into mobile app installs - Develop and test new acquisition funnels (e.
skincare vertical) to expand our user base - Analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable optimizations - Create and test ad creatives, copy, and landing pages in collaboration with the product team - Monitor and report on key growth KPIs (installs, retention, ROAS, CAC) - Stay up to date on platform changes, best practices, and emerging paid acquisition channels.
Adjust, AppsFlyer, or similar) - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make decisions based on KPIs - Experience with A/B testing of creatives, audiences, and landing pages - Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, lean startup environment - Fluent in English; German is a plus - Based in or near Munich, or willing to work in a hybrid setup.
