To strengthen our Events and Cooperations team, we’re looking for a Sponsoring & Partnerships Manager (gn) for a 24 - month parental leave cover and the option to extend**.

** In this role, you develop and manage our sponsorship portfolio, activate our brand in meaningful ways and ensure that every engagement is strategic, measurable and impactful.

• Develop and optimize sponsorship strategies across all Bikeleasing Group brands, strengthening your impact on brand positioning Select, assess, and negotiate sponsorship partnerships — guiding them from the first idea all the way to the final agreement Ensure smooth on‑site execution of sponsorship activations, such as match days, presentations, or events, working hand in hand with the event manager Coordinate internal and external partners, keeping every process running seamlessly Measure success, refine sponsorship workflows, and establish reporting standards with clearly defined KPIs and meaningful improvement actions Track market and competitor developments in the sponsorship landscape, identifying trends, opportunities, and strategic potential Support the team in planning budgets for sponsorship activities and contribute to transparent resource allocation Your profile Several years of experience in sponsorship management, ideally within sports, brand partnerships or activation Strong negotiation and communication.
