This role exists because the Hiring Engine needs an experienced recruiter who can carry searches independently, consult clients and hiring managers with evidence and clarity, and help build the sourcing and process infrastructure that makes selectry's output reliable and repeatable.
What you will work onOwn the full recruiting lifecycle across client searches, from intake and role clarification through active sourcing, structured assessment, and offer management to signed contractDesign and run multi-channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, XING, and direct outreach, including complex Boolean search and talent mapping for specialist and leadership profilesBuild and maintain talent pools of passive candidates across the segments selectry searches most frequently, structured, auditable, and ready for the next searchConduct structured, competency-based interviews and advise hiring managers on evaluation criteria, profile fit, and decision qualityTrack, analyse, and report on recruiting KPIs, including time-to-hire, time-to-fill, funnel conversion, and source-of-hire, and use the data to improve the process at.
